Cooper is a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance Services in Denver. He performs financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate and multifamily debt and equity structures.

Mr. Hawkins has worked with the complete spectrum of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Insurance Companies, conduit (CMBS), structured and bank lenders and a full range of borrowing entity structures including local, regional, and national developers, real estate holdings firms, REITs, and public and private real estate sponsors.
