Amy Fingerhut is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Her duties include project leasing and tenant representation with a specialty in street retail, restaurant site selection and the backfill of existing restaurant spaces.
Ms. Fingerhut is responsible for the marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of new and existing developments ranging from mixed-use in-town developments, high street retail and specialty centers. Her experience includes premier projects including The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, 1180 Peachtree, and Peachtree Center. She also represents several national, regional and local tenants in site selection and expansion in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia.
Amy is a top leader in Atlanta’s retail scene and has been working in commercial real estate since 2000. She has specialized in restaurant expansion as well as the redevelopment or re-tenant of office building and multifamily retail and restaurant space. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Fingerhut was a leasing representative with Colliers International representing Landlords all across the state of Georgia. Ms. Fingerhut has worked closely with landlords throughout all phases of the retail development lifecycle from inception to completion, including building design, proforma analysis, tenant mix, market analysis and lease negotiations.
Before starting on the brokerage side, Ms. Fingerhut spent five years with Deloitte as a Senior Property Tax Consultant, appealing commercial real estate values all over the Southeast in order to reduce the tax liability for the owners.

Valuation & Advisory
The Valuation and Advisory retail team provides investment and commercial banks, corporations, pension funds, investors, property owners, REITs and government agencies with single-asset, multi-market and multi-property valuations. In addition to their superior local market knowledge, they also have access to leading global data providers such as Torto Wheaton Research, CoStar, REIS, RCA, LexisNexis, Moody’s and Marshall & Swift.
In addition to valuation and appraisal reports, the VAS team includes Cost Segregation professionals who are adapt at performing non-intrusive, highly-detailed, engineering-based studies of retail properties in order to identify specific components that qualify for accelerated tax depreciation over five, seven and 15 years rather than the traditional 39 years for commercial property.
CBRE offers skilled project management services. Our team has the experience, personnel and understanding of the coordination and expertise necessary to deliver tenant build-out projects in a professional, cost effective and timely fashion.
The Loan Valuation Group provides clients with highly supported loan value estimates by blending the regional real estate expertise of over 400 valuation professionals in our 60 offices nationwide with extensive the financial accounting knowledge of the CBRE Financial & Tax Reporting Services Group, and the debt market insight of the CBRE Capital Markets and Loan Sale Advisory Groups.
