Debt & Equity Financing
The CBRE Capital Markets—Debt & Equity Finance Group Atlanta is a veteran production team that provides financial lending expertise and specialization across all property types and capital structures including retail. Our staff includes eight highly experienced real estate finance professionals, five dedicated production analysts and three servicing professionals.
Our team views each financing assignment as an opportunity to serve as a trusted capital advisor and to maximize the value of our client’s real estate investments. We excel in structuring capital solutions and in developing and implementing custom applications that meet our client’s strategic goals and objectives.
Valuation & Advisory
The Valuation and Advisory retail team provides investment and commercial banks, corporations, pension funds, investors, property owners, REITs and government agencies with single-asset, multi-market and multi-property valuations. In addition to their superior local market knowledge, they also have access to leading global data providers such as Torto Wheaton Research, CoStar, REIS, RCA, LexisNexis, Moody’s and Marshall & Swift.
In addition to valuation and appraisal reports, the VAS team includes Cost Segregation professionals who are adapt at performing non-intrusive, highly-detailed, engineering-based studies of retail properties in order to identify specific components that qualify for accelerated tax depreciation over five, seven and 15 years rather than the traditional 39 years for commercial property.
Project Management
CBRE offers skilled project management services. Our team has the experience, personnel and understanding of the coordination and expertise necessary to deliver tenant build-out projects in a professional, cost effective and timely fashion.
