Andrew Long joins CBRE as an Associate; bringing along his strong work ethic; deep understanding of the Mid-Wilshire and South Bay multifamily market, and experience in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across the greater Los Angeles region. Alongside Adam Peterson, Andrew continues to drive results for his clients, utilizing his vast knowledge of investment real estate to advise his clients so that they may make the most judicious decisions with their multifamily properties. Our team has closed over $500 Million in total consideration across more than 100 transactions and growing. With a family background in commercial real estate law and accounting, Andrew has been able to develop his knowledge of multifamily assets as well as the industry as a whole from a young age and learn what it takes to be an exceptional broker for his clients.
