Anna Faktorow is a member of CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group. Her focus is on data center capital markets with expertise ranging from institutional sales of turnkey and powered shell data centers, as well as land acquisitions and dispositions for data center development sites throughout North America. Anna’s previous experience in tenant advisory in the office leasing sector gives her a unique perspective and skill with experience working on large, complex transactions with the best client outcomes. Anna and her team have transacted on over $1.5B of data center institutional asset sales and $1.2B in land transactions in the past 36 months.
Anna graduated from the University of Denver and is an active participant within CBRE’s Women’s Network Group. Outside the office, Ms. Faktorow is passionate about the outdoors, including skiing and hiking, is an adventurous traveler, and loves live music.
