Along with selling Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Albertsons, and Jewel- Osco centers, Artin has also sold several ethnic grocery-anchored properties with anchor tenants that include El Super, Vallarta, and Fiesta Mart.
Some recent and significant auto dealership disposition assignments include the sale of Universal City Nissan, Kia of Downtown Los Angeles, Toyota of West Covina, and Rancho Santa Margarita Honda.
