As a Project Manager with the CBRE Project Management team in Indianapolis, Ayshah Matthews brings over 14 years of experience in account and project management, business process improvement and cross functional team management with both a national and global client base. Ayshah’s major strengths include managing crossfunctional teams of highly skilled technical resources along with specialized resources. She provides consistent project delivery within defined constraints of cost, scheduling and quality control throughout every stage of the project from initiation through final closeout. Her invaluable history in leading project teams and integrating business best practices is a true asset to the Project Management team.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ayshah worked as an Account Manager for ALOM Technologies, where she both lead and directed crossfunctional teams in a variety of entities including IT, operations, legal & finance, ensuring project scope and strategy alignment. Ayshah has also worked as an Account Manager for Ingram Micro and Sony DADC developing Project Plans, relocating operations, automation process development, leading new product introductions and new client launches. Ayshah’s diverse background includes managing all aspects of projects in industries including digital media, medical devices, mobile devices, internet of things IoT), and logistics/supply chain.
