Phyllis Spalding brings over 20 years of experience in program and project management, business process improvement and change management with both a national and global client base. Phyllis’s services include estimating, bidding, budget creation and monitoring as well as design and construction oversight. She provides consistent project delivery within defined constraints of cost, scheduling and quality control throughout every stage of the project from initiation through final close-out. Her invaluable history in leading project teams and integrating business best practices is a true asset to the Project Management team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Phyllis worked as a Senior Program Manager for Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, where she both lead and directed project teams in a variety of entities including commercial, operations, legal & finance, ensuring project scope and strategy alignment. Phyllis has also worked as a Project Manager for OneAmerica, Personix, Chevron & Exxon Mobile developing Project Plans, feasibility studies, leading complex schedules and monitoring project performance.
Phyllis’s diverse background includes managing all aspects of projects in industries including logistics & supply chain management, oil & energy, financial services, and now commercial real estate.
