Bailey Sexton is an Analyst with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group in Detroit, Michigan. As part of a nationally ranked team, Bailey is skilled in conducting financial analyses and building real estate-based models in Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise. In addition to analytical and modeling skills, Bailey has experience abstracting lease information, supporting the production of Offering Memorandums, performing tasks related to due diligence, preparing marketing materials, and assisting during the marketing process.
Prior to joining the Corporate Capital Markets group, Bailey worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets and Investment Properties division of CBRE. While in that role, he analyzed financial information, underwrote investment properties, and conducted valuations of income producing properties. Bailey began his career at Bradley Company, a commercial real estate firm in South Bend, IN, as an analyst and broker.
Bailey graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2017 with a degree in Social Science. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Michigan and Indiana.
