Bailey Sexton is a Vice President with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group in Detroit, Michigan. As a member of a nationally ranked team, Bailey specializes in sale-leaseback transactions and complex real estate structures representing corporate occupiers, developers, and owners. He provides advisory and execution expertise on a full range of credit-based capital structures, including single-tenant investment sales and build-to-suit projects. His practice focuses on solving for diverse client objectives involving GAAP, tax, and cash considerations across North America.
Prior to his current role, Bailey served as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets and Investment Properties division of CBRE, where he underwrote investment properties and conducted valuations of income-producing assets. He began his career at Bradley Company, a commercial real estate firm in South Bend, Indiana, as an analyst and broker. Bailey graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2017 and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Michigan and Indiana.
