Ryan Rawls is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in structuring and executing lease and capital solutions for corporate real estate users and developers. He helps clients design and implement executable transaction strategies that align with financial objectives and operational priorities. His execution experience includes build-to-suit (BTS) and acquisition financings, sale–leasebacks, and surplus asset dispositions.
Ryan advises clients through the decision-making process, conducting situation analysis, scenario planning, strategy development, and stakeholder approval support. His expertise spans structuring and negotiation, real estate and credit capital markets insights, and quantitative analytics that demonstrate how tenant credit, occupancy, and lease terms influence property value, financing alternatives, and financial reporting and tax outcomes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rawls spent 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield where he led a national team responsible for comprehensive financial modeling, technical accounting and finance advisory for complex corporate real estate transactions, including major leases and subleases, multi-location consolidations and building purchases and sales.
Mr. Rawls holds a graduate degree from the University of Virginia in Accounting and an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Finance. Mr. Rawls is a licensed CPA and is a CFA Charterholder. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and Georgia.
