Associated Office
Batkhuu Pad is a Business Real Estate Analyst with experience in commercial real estate, financial modeling, and accounting. As a Business Real Estate Analyst, he prepares financial analysis of retail properties for the brokers, who are the client advocate and work very hard to meet clients’ demand and develop solutions that lead to a profitable outcome. In addition, he supports investment sales and acquisition of properties with financial analysis and market research.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Pad worked in Mongolia for two years in retail sector as a finance officer.
