Associated Office
Ben Canady joined CBRE in December 2025 and currently serves as an Associate Director for the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group in Atlanta, GA. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts), and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.
Ben is responsible for marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, market research and analytical assignments for business development and coordinating the financial underwriting and due diligence processes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ben was an Analyst in the Real Estate Corporate & Investment Banking group at Truist, where he was involved in underwriting and due diligence for new loan requests secured by multifamily, industrial, office, data center, and retail real estate assets for institutional private capital clients. Additionally, he was involved in ongoing portfolio management responsibilities including evaluating property performance and identifying potential ongoing risks and risk mitigants. Prior to Truist, Ben was an Investment Analyst at Palisades Group, LLC in Austin, TX where he facilitated/assisted in the Transaction Management of over $12 Billion of residential mortgage whole loan acquisitions.
