Bill is a Senior Vice President within the Corporate Advisory & Transaction Services group at CBRE, based in Chicago. He also co-leads the firm’s national Port and Integrated Logistics Practice. Working alongside Jamie Roussel and Lindsey Davis, Bill and team provide creative real estate solutions to companies with changing distribution and manufacturing networks by integrating transportation analysis, labor analytics and economic incentives into the traditional real estate & site selection processes.
Mr. Frain brings his extensive experience as a CBRE veteran, having joined the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG in 2003. Throughout his thirty plus year career, Bill and team have executed transactions in over 100 markets outside of Chicago including Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia valued in excess of $3 billion. Bill implements real estate strategies that have consistently saved his clients time and money.
