Jamie Roussel is a Senior Associate within CBRE’s Corporate Advisory & Transaction Services practice based out of the Chicago market, working alongside Bill Frain and Lindsey Davis. Jamie and team deliver strategic account management to industrial focused corporate occupiers both nationally and internationally by integrating supply chain and transportation analysis, labor analytics, economic incentives and project management into the traditional real estate site selection process. The team leverages CBRE’s industry-leading technology platform to implement robust data management, transaction management execution and portfolio strategy to maximize efficiency and value.

Over the past 5 years, Jamie and team have successfully advised clients through 121 lease and sale transactions across 24 states and 12 countries, collectively over $1.1B in total transaction volume.
