Bo Cashman is an Executive Vice President with CBRE and a member of the National Partners Team. He is also a senior member of the Institutional Group with a focus on capital markets for the industrial sector. Mr. Cashman has been involved in representing owners of commercial real estate for over twenty-five years.

Mr. Cashman is a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in the 8 key logistics hubs, the 72 investment sales and support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, the National Partners team are able to achieve remarkable results for their national, regional and local clients. In 2021, the team successfully completed 410 transactions totalling 274 million square feet with an aggregate value of $31.9 billion.

During his career, Mr. Cashman completed the acquisition and disposition assignments on the east and west coasts, totalling in excess of 400 million square feet with an aggregate consideration of over $30 billion.  In a previous role, he has overseen new development, recapitalizations and multiple 1031 tax-free exchanges.
