Brett Carr

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Brett Carr is the leader of the Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team and brings over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate multifamily investment sales. Mr. Carr specializes in the exclusive listing and sale of institutional and private multifamily properties as well as land in the Central and East Tennessee Region.

Over the course of his tenure with CBRE, he assisted in the marketing and disposition of over 225 multifamily assets and 10 billion in total volume and received multiple NAIOP Brokerage Team of the Year and Multifamily Sale of the Year awards.

Mr. Carr earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Auburn University and began his career with CBRE Atlanta.
