Bryan Schellinger joined CBRE in 2024 as a Senior Vice President and serves as co-lead of the Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team alongside his partner, Brett Carr. Together, they represent institutional, high-net-worth, and sponsor capital investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across Tennessee and the Mid-South region. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Schellinger has completed over $2.5 billion in apartment and land transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Schellinger spent 4 years as a Managing Director at a national commercial real estate firm. In that position, he closed more than $1 billion of transaction volume and opened two offices during his tenure – Los Angeles and Nashville, in 2020 and 2022, respectively.

Mr. Schellinger earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado – Boulder. He began his career in New York City and moved back to California in 2011. However, he maintains numerous relationships with high-net-worth investors from coast-to-coast.
