Bryan Schellinger

Bryan Schellinger joined CBRE in 2024 as a Senior Vice President and serves as co-lead of the Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team with Brett Carr. Mr. Schellinger and Mr. Carr, together with Anne McGinn, represent institutional, high net worth, and sponsor capital investors in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties across Tennessee and the mid-South region. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Schellinger has completed over $2.5 billion in apartment and land transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Schellinger spent 4 years as a Managing Director at a national commercial real estate firm. In that position, he closed more than $1 billion of transaction volume and opened two offices during his tenure – Los Angeles and Nashville, in 2020 and 2022, respectively.

Mr. Schellinger earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado – Boulder. He began his career in New York City and moved back to California in 2011. However, he maintains numerous relationships with high-net-worth investors from coast-to-coast.
