Brian joined CBRE as a Project Manager in 2021 and has over 18 years of design and project management experience. His expertise includes office, industrial and warehouse facilities.
Notable projects that Brian has been the Project Manager on are the 3.6M SF Amazon Fulfilment Center in Mt. Juliet, TN. In addition to industrial, Brian has experience with Tenant Improvement and ground up facilities. In 2020, Brian completed 10 new projects and is currently working on a new 120K ground-up industrial project for LRC.
Prior to CBRE, Brian worked in the warehouse and conveyance industry as a Project Manager II at a global conveyor company. He has extensive experience in the industrial arena and has worked on a range of projects including manufacturing plants, bulk distribution, and flex buildings.
