Bryan Oliver, an office and flex/manufacturing occupier specialist joined CBRE in 2022 as a First Vice President, based in our Bellevue office.
Bryan joined CBRE from Flinn Ferguson Cresa, where he was a Principal, advising tenants across the Pacific Northwest. He has 15 years of experience in tenant representation, lease negotiation, property acquisition, and restructure and relocation strategies. To date, he has completed nearly 2.5 million sq. ft. in transactions over his career. Bryan’s strength in business development is a critical asset in this economic environment. His clients benefit directly from his experience and the efficiencies created by the ancillary services CBRE offers.
