Camille Doan is a senior associate at CBRE. She works on the investment properties team, specializing in investment transactions for institutional office, life science and industrial properties. Camille and her team provide a full scope of advisory and brokerage services required for complex investment property dispositions. Since joining CBRE in 2018, she has completed over 500 transactions spanning 5.75M SF valued at over $1.7 billion.

She is partnered locally with Matt Carlson and Hunter Rowe. The team has completed over $2.0 billion in office, industrial, and life science transactions since 2012.

Her client list includes DivcoWest, Lincoln Property Company, Swift Real Estate Partners, LaSalle, the Casey Brown Company, Foley Enterprises, LeBeau Realty & Associates, LBA, Rexford Industrial and Murphy Development Company.

Prior to joining the firm's Capital Markets practice, Camille completed CBRE's Wheel Program, which introduces highly qualified participants to the multiple service lines offered at the company. While in the program, she worked with the top office agency leasing, investment sales and debt & structured finance teams providing local market expertise, analyzing building growth projections and executing marketing strategies and asset repositions in San Diego.

Camille graduated from UC Berkeley's Walter A. Haas School of Business. While in Berkeley, she was a member of the Golden Bears NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse team.

This involved a complex transaction, encompassing a long-term sale-leaseback for our existing campus and a planned build-to-suit project to support the future growth of Ionis Pharmaceuticals.
