Chad Stark joined CBRE in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate Director for the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group in Atlanta, GA. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts), and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.

Chad is responsible for marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, market research and analytical assignments for business development and coordinating the financial underwriting and due diligence processes.

Chad started his commercial real estate career at JLL’s Menlo Park, CA office where he was a research analyst. He was in charge of tracking and reporting on office, life science and flex R&D market fundamentals for the San Francisco Bay Area while providing transactional support to the brokerage team. Additionally, Chad worked as a tenant representation broker in the San Francisco Bay Area for Hughes Marino gaining transaction experience across a variety of industry verticals. More recently, Chad served as an Account Executive for Bridge IT Consulting, where he provided businesses with a variety of IT technology solutions.

In addition to his experience in market and industry research and analytics, Chad was responsible for assisting agency and tenant brokers in providing financial analyses and market research for negotiations and new business development efforts.
