Chessa Pike joined CBRE in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President for U.S Healthcare Capital Markets (HCM). CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts) and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.
Prior to joining the HCM Team, Pike was a partner on CBRE’s National Behavioral Health Advisory team where she advised on portfolio strategy for national clinical operators, procured and managed several large healthcare accounts, researched insurance claims data and co-authored a published industry report on healthcare supply & demand imbalance. Earlier in her tenure at CBRE, Chessa was a member of Denver’s Institutional Capital Markets team, where she underwrote, developed proformas and positioned multi-tenant office assets for dispositions. Pike began her real estate career appraising medical and office properties.
