Chris Port is an Executive Vice President in the Advisory & Transaction Services Investor Leasing division of CBRE. He and his partners are currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of a number of office buildings, including 101 Marietta Street, Midtown I & II, One Phipps Plaza, Uptown, 191 Peachtree and Platinum Tower. During the course of his 20-year career as a leasing agent in Atlanta, Mr. Port has represented a number of the city’s top business addresses.

During his career, Mr. Port has listed more than 20 million square feet of commercial property. He has also completed transactions in excess of 10 million square feet. In 2015 and 2016, Mr. Port was the co-#1 Top Producer with his partner Jeff Keppen in the office category for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Port has consistently been ranked in the top 10 annually. In 2009, Mr. Port and his partners completed more than 1 million square feet in leasing transactions including three of the largest office deals of the year and again was awarded the #1 Top Producer in the office category for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP with more than $67 million in leasing volume. In 2005, Mr. Port was the #1 Top Producer in the office category for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors with more than $79 million in leasing volume. Lastly, Mr. Port earned national recognition as a member of the Coldwell Colbert Circle, which is awarded to the Top 100 producers within CBRE.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Port played professional football for the New Orleans Saints from 1990-1995. During his NFL career, he worked in the off-season for Peter Mayer Advertising, Inc. In the firm’s Marketing/Public Relations Division. Mr. Port also acted as the spokesman for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater New Orleans.
