As a Senior Vice President for CBRE’s Atlanta Brokerage Group, Kyle Kenyon and his partners oversee the marketing and leasing for numerous office projects primarily located in the urban core submarkets of Atlanta, including: Ponce City Market, 14th and Spring, 191 Peachtree, Uptown, 2827 Peachtree, 3445 Peachtree, 3 Ravinia and Platinum Tower.
Kyle Kenyon joined CBRE’s Atlanta office in June 2019 and is now a Senior Vice President within the firm’s Advisory & Transaction | Agency practice working alongside his partners to service their clients through successful leasing and creative marketing efforts.
Previous to CBRE, Kenyon was with Cushman & Wakefield and has been in commercial real estate for the duration of his career. Upon graduation from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Kenyon worked with Cousins Properties and then transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented office owners for seven years.
Kenyon is well-known in the market for his representation of owners of Class A office product and his ability to successfully and strategically lease new construction, repurposed and repositioned assets. Some of Kenyon’s career-defining assignments include Ponce City Market, 725 Ponce, 3 Ravinia, 191 Peachtree and Salesforce Tower.
Kenyon has established himself in the commercial real estate community in Atlanta, serving as the Chairman for the Young Council of Realtors of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, consistent Million Dollar Club member, and 2017 Young Realtor of the Year, among numerous internal awards. In addition, Kyle was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the 2019 Commercial Real Estate Up and Comer.
