Chris Vanexan joined CBRE in 1996 as a Research Analyst and is currently Vice President in the Toronto Downtown Office Leasing Group. As a member of a seven-person team led by Jeff Friedman, Chris provides valuable services to his clients with his specific expertise in the Downtown Fringe markets. With his fifteen years of experience in real estate, Chris has successfully completed more than 1,300 transactions totaling over 8 million square feet.
