With more than a decade of experience at CBRE, Colleen manages the coordination of 50+ active listings at any given time, overseeing due diligence, transaction documentation, and communication among buyers, sellers, legal counsel, and brokerage teams to ensure efficient, successful closings.
Colleen's expertise spans lease abstraction, purchase and sale agreement review, and market research, and she plays a key role in producing offering memorandums, sales comparable analyses, and recurring market intelligence reports that help brokers interpret cap rate trends and inform pricing strategy.
Colleen holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Spanish and a concentration in Global Communication Studies, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
