After years of rigorous coursework and examinations, he earned the prestigious MAI Designation in 2016. Working as an appraiser, Daniel focused on retail assets and appraised hundreds of shopping centers throughout the Northwest ranging in value from $2 million to $100 million, from single-tenant/net-leased properties to regional shopping malls. Appraisal demands objective analysis with a focus on property fundamentals and market influences, and such a skillset translates seamlessly into brokerage. Daniel offers a unique benefit to clients with a robust knowledge of investment and underwriting requirements, market behavior, and a complete database of market transactions. This knowledge provides a unique dimension and overall perspective on the marketplace.
In 2017, Daniel joined CBRE’s Retail Investment and Institutional Group under the leadership of Dino A. Christophilis. This group specializes in the representation of private and institutional clients exclusively on retail investment transactions.
