Davis Dickson is a Transaction Manager on the Mirani Team within CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services group. As the team grew in August of 2025, Davis was brought on to expand its deal execution and financial analysis capabilities. In this role, he helped clients evaluate opportunities and make informed real estate decisions based on data and real estate trends.

Leveraging experience underwriting more than 40 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets valued at over $4 billion, Davis plays a key role in the team's analytical and execution efforts. Known for his collaborative approach and expertise in financial modeling, he develops customized analyses and client materials that support strategic decision-making and meet the standards of institutional investors and corporate finance leaders.

In May of 2025 The team's growth also included the addition of Senior Sales Support Coordinator Mearyn Aramovich, whose operational expertise and technology-driven approach help streamline processes and elevate client service. Most recently, in Fall of 2026, Carly Jenkins was added in a versatile role that supports every facet of the business, from client strategy and business development to operations and transaction execution.

Today, Davis is an integral part of the five-person Mirani Team, CBRE’s largest office occupier team in Atlanta, helping deliver the financial insight, transaction expertise, and client-focused service that have become hallmarks of the team's approach to representing office tenants and portfolio clients across the country.

  • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance with a Minor in Hospitality Entrepreneurship – Florida State University
