For more than a decade, Macy Epp and Kush Mirani have worked together, united by a shared commitment to assisting office tenants in navigating complex real estate decisions with confidence. As their client base grew, so did their partnership, evolving into a highly specialized team representing Atlanta-based office tenants and managing real estate portfolios for clients across the country. Recently promoted to Senior Associate, Macy has been instrumental in the team's continued growth and success.
Macy oversees virtually every aspect of deal execution while Kush leads business development and client strategy. From managing client deliverables and coordinating timelines to negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and implementing transactions through construction, Macy is the operational force behind the team's day-to-day success.
As the team expanded, Senior Sales Support Coordinator, Mearyn Aramovich, joined to enhance operations and client service through her organizational expertise and technology-driven approach. Mearyn has been with the Mirani Team since April of 2025.
The Mirani Team was later joined by Davis Dickson, Transaction Manager, in September of 2025. Davis adds efficiency in financial analysis, contractual due diligence and interfacing with clients to implement their office space strategies.
Most recently, Carly Jenkins, Sales Support Supervisor, partnered with the team as their fifth hire, serving in a versatile role. Carly supports everything from client strategy and transaction execution to team operations and business development initiatives.
Together, Kush, Macy, Mearyn, Davis, and Carly provide a collaborative, full-service approach that combines strategic insight, transaction expertise, operational excellence, and hands-on support throughout the entire real estate lifecycle.
