Eli Hutt is an Investment Properties Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets in Salt Lake City. He supports the team in valuation, disposition, and recapitalization assignments for institutional & private capital investors, developers, and lenders. Eli has underwritten more than $2 billion in office and industrial assets over the course of his career, serving as primary underwriter on broker opinion of value engagements and institutional offering memoranda. Before joining CBRE, Eli was an investment sales analyst at JLL in Salt Lake City, and he began his career in multifamily development. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
