Associated Office
Phil Brierley is a Vice President with CBRE's National Office Properties Group, covering the Utah market. Mr. Brierley and his team advise clients on all facets of real estate capital markets, with a focus on institutional office & industrial investment sales.
Mr. Brierley began his brokerage career in Chicago, moving to Salt Lake City in 2014, and spent 5 years running the JLL Capital Markets platform before moving to CBRE.
Prior to brokerage, Mr. Brierley worked at Morgan Stanley Capital International with some of the largest private and public real estate funds in the world, including RREEF, BlackRock and Cadillac Fairview.
Originally from South Africa, Mr. Brierley holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Rhodes University, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Aimee and son Finn, and 2 dogs trail running in the Wasatch Mountains.
