Francesca Smith joined CBRE Des Moines’ Capital Markets Industrial Team in 2025, bringing a robust skill set focused on real estate acquisition, disposition, and financial analysis. She delivers value to clients through her ability to develop precise Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), property valuations, and curate market studies that identify key trends and opportunities. Francesca’s keen eye for business writing and presentation ensures that complex insights are communicated clearly and effectively, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
Her experience began with a Capital Markets internship at CBRE’s Denver office in 2024, where she gained hands-on exposure to strategic acquisition and disposition strategies and learned to leverage industry-leading platforms. These skills now help her guide clients toward achieving their investment goals. Francesca is licensed in Iowa and Illinois and focuses on industrial real estate across Des Moines, Eastern Iowa, and Western Illinois.
