Rick Brandenburg is a Senior Project Manager throughout Florida for CBRE Project Management. Mr. Brandenburg has over 17 years in construction delivery and project management. He has managed construction and development projects for multiple real estate types including Office, Mixed-use, Hospitality, Retail, Residential and industrial throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade County. In this capacity he is accountable for developing, managing and leading the successful delivery of projects from the initial planning stages through completion. Since joining CBRE in 2015 Mr. Brandenburg has managed over $40 Million in ground-up, tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.
