Who We Are
The Global Financial Strategy team (GFS) serves as a dedicated financial advisory resource embedded directly
within the CBRE account team. Rather than functioning as an external service, GFS operates as an integrated
strategic partner — working alongside brokers and various client stakeholders (eg Workplace, FP&A, C-Suite)
throughout every stage of the real estate decision-making process.
Drawing on 25+ years of combined Corporate Real Estate analysis experience, the GFS team has provided
financial strategy and advisory support for thousands of requirements — spanning more than 30 million square
feet of corporate office space — on behalf of clients ranging from early-stage ventures to Fortune 50
corporations (e.g. Accenture, Nvidia, Stripe, Rippling, Morrison Foerster Law).
What We Do
GFS specializes in developing fully customized
Occupier financial analysis models tailored to the
specific reporting requirements and decision
metrics for each client engagement. We are able
to seamlessly incorporate both Cash and P&L
functionality to align with each client’s internal
finance and accounting guidance.
