George joined CBRE in 2012 specializing in Advisory and Transaction Services for Northern Ohio. He is recognized as an industry leader and represents individuals, business park owners, institutional owners and corporate clients in the leasing, disposition, site selection and acquisition of industrial property, flex-office projects and vacant commercial land sites. Over his 29 year commercial real estate career, George has represented clients in over 1,500 leasing and sale transactions that total over 50 million square feet of space and over 1100 acres of land with value of well in excess of $1 billion of consideration. Within the past ten years, George assisted in the largest industrial build to suit transactions in the history of Northeast Ohio which created thousands of new jobs for the region.
