Testimonial

“Our recent property and building search was unique and challenging. As a General Contractor, our working environment is dynamic and complex. With over forty pieces of major construction equipment, a field crew consisting of nearly sixty craftsmen and a office staff consisting of engineers, project managers, accountants and administrative personnel, locating and purchasing the right property and building at the right location on a tight time frame was sure to be tremendous strain on Schirmer Construction LLC. However with the services, commitment, expertise and tenacity of CBRE, Inc., Schirmer Construction LLC is now the proud owner of an ideal property and building at 31350 Industrial Parkway, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A sincere thanks to CBRE Inc., and especially you George, for your efforts, diligence, patience and, most of all, your professionalism. We would be proud to recommend CBRE, Inc. to any future commercial buyers or sellers.”
