Mark brings a wealth of experience to his role as Vice President at CBRE, specializing in industrial sales and leasing in Northern Ohio and surrounding markets.

As an industrial specialist, Mark provides expert guidance to his clients, helping them make informed real estate decisions that drive efficiency and profitability. With a unique blend of market knowledge, creativity, and responsiveness, Mark delivers positive results that exceed his clients’ expectations. Mark’s diverse background and expertise make him a valuable asset to the CBRE team and a trusted advisor to his clients.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2025, Mark completed over 250 transactions with a national industrial landlord, achieving a transaction value of over $250 million and totaling more than 8 million square feet. While at Weston, he was responsible for the leasing and renewals of Weston properties in Ohio, Indiana, North and South Carolina portfolio, encompassing over 30 million square feet. His extensive background in industrial real estate has equipped him with a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record of delivering results.
