Heath has 22 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in landlord and tenant representation, the marketing of new developments, and the sale of investment properties. Heath prides himself on extremely hard work and providing his clients the highest level of service to ensure long lasting relationships and has been involved in the lease or sale of over $1 billion in retail property.

Heath is a member of the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group for the Northwest Region, and has extensive knowledge of the entire Northern California market including the markets from Sacramento to the Oregon border, San Francisco Bay Area, and Central Valley from Stockton to Bakersfield areas.

Heath is a graduate of University of California, Davis, and enjoys worldwide travel and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
