Jenni Samano has been with CBRE and the team of Jon Schultz, Rick Martinez, Heath Kastner, and Josh Schmidt since 2015 and is an invaluable member of the team. Dedicated to assisting the professionals in delivering a very high level of customer service and responsiveness for all clients, Jenni brings administrative expertise, teamwork, professionalism, and organizational skills to her position. Jenni is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all team documentation related to property listings, deal management, tenant representation materials, client communication, and manages the team’s database and accounting. In addition, Jenni oversees the production and compilation of all marketing materials for the team’s entire business portfolio, direct marketing, web publication, and advertising.
