Jack Mergenthaler began his career with CBRE as an industrial research analyst, becoming an Industrial broker in the Commerce/Vernon market in 2013. Since 2013, Jack has become one of the top brokers for CBRE in the Commerce/Vernon market. Born and raised in Southern California, Jack attended UCLA on a volleyball scholarship before focusing on his career in Commercial Real Estate. His research background has given him an understanding of all of the industrial markets in the Greater Los Angeles region. Jack’s ability to balance school and sports during his time at UCLA has given him valuable leadership and organizational skills that he uses every day at CBRE. Jack brings an energetic and competitive attitude to the team, as well as someone who understands the local market on a deep level. Jack works with Jeff Stephens, Evan Crawford and Janice Bessler and together they are one of the top teams in the Central Los Angeles market.

Jack focuses on creating strong relationships with his clients and meeting with them face to face whenever possible. He provides personalized customer service to each and every client of the team. Jack also makes it a point to stay on top of market conditions and daily movements that could have an effect on his clients or the market as a whole.

Jack specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, and owner/user sales, with a focus on the Commerce/Vernon market. He prides himself on his reliability, work ethic, and knowledge of the market in order to help the team win and keep clients.
