Associated Office
As an associate at CBRE's Phoenix office, Jaden Scarpone works alongside Serena Wedlich to support the firm's industrial practice.
Since joining the firm in 2026, he has been an integral contributor to industrial leasing and tenant representation efforts – sourcing and organizing prospective leads, strengthening outreach initiatives, and building a strong understanding of the Phoenix industrial market through consistent fieldwork and canvassing.
Jaden previously served as an intern, where he engaged directly with listing brokers to gather key pricing, use, and availability details, and met with business owners in person to generate interest in active listings.
He also demonstrated strong client‑facing capabilities by leading property tours for prospective users, confidently presenting spaces and helping clients visualize operational potential within each facility.
Jaden holds a bachelor's degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. During his time at ASU, he was an active member of the Real Estate Club, participating in tours of more than 2 million square feet of commercial developments and engaging with industry professionals across development, investment and asset management.
