Throughout her career, Serena has developed a deep understanding of the Southeast Valley, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport submarkets in Phoenix, providing valuable insights and guidance to her clients. Her commitment to the highest level of service to her clients has propelled Serena to transact more than 500 deals valued at over $675 million in sales and leasing.
Focused on quality over quantity, Serena has negotiated large-scale industrial and logistics deals, including Gilbert Gateway Commerce Park (415,972 square feet) in Gilbert, Ariz., Alameda Business Center (122,424 square feet) in Tempe, Ariz and 135,000 square feet in Phoenix.
Her diverse experience spans not just brokerage but also encompasses property management. Serena previously worked for CBRE's Property Management business, managing over 1.2 million sq. ft. of industrial, office, and retail properties in metro Phoenix.
Serena's success has been recognized by publications and organizations alike. AZ Business Magazine, Commercial Property Executives, Connect CRE and NAIOP have recognized her achievements. She is active in the commercial real estate industry, sitting on the board for Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZ CREW), and on the board for SIOR Phoenix Chapter. In 2023, she received her SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the leading global professional office and industrial real estate associate.

She takes the time to understand a client's business, not just their square footage needs, so whether it's a single building or a ten-market expansion, their strategies align.
Jaden Scarpone rounds out the team supporting the execution of assignments with a focus on tenant representation, market research and transaction coordination. He identifies opportunities, market conditions, facilitate property tours and deliver exceptional client service throughout the process.
