Throughout her career, Serena has developed a deep understanding of the Southeast Valley, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport submarkets in Phoenix, providing valuable insights and guidance to her clients. Focused on quality over quantity, Serena has negotiated large-scale industrial and logistics deals, including Gilbert Gateway Commerce Park (415,972 square feet) in Gilbert, Ariz., Alameda Business Center (122,424 square feet) in Tempe, Ariz and 135,000 square feet in Phoenix.

Her diverse experience spans not just brokerage but also encompasses property management. Serena previously worked for CBRE's Property Management business, managing over 1.2 million sq. ft. of industrial, office, and retail properties in metro Phoenix.
