Jake Vorkapich is a Transaction Analyst within our Retail Services Group where he directly supports the CBRE Detroit Retail team, which consists of fellow members Scott Young, Matt Croswell, Ashley Young and Taylor Croswell. The CBRE Detroit Retail team specializes in both tenant representation and project leasing. Their team has been the top producing retail brokerage team in the Detroit office as well as one of the top performing retail brokerage teams throughout the Midwest.

Jake has assisted with transactions for numerous high-profile retail clients and property owners on real estate requirements and needs across the state of Michigan. His adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones has resulted in the completion of hundreds of transactions for the CBRE Detroit Retail team totaling millions of dollars in consideration.

Jake has been a part of CBRE since 2018. Prior to his role as Transaction Analyst in the Retail Services Group, Jake worked as a Client Services Specialist, and before that as a Research Coordinator for CBRE Detroit. He is an active ICSC member and a previous recipient of the CBRE Support Team Award.

Engaged by Olympia Development to create an authentic, unique dining destination in Downtown Detroit, between the historic Fox Theatre Detroit and the new Little Caesars World Headquarters.

Our team successfully executed the vision with a mix of local & regional restaurant groups including Union Joints, Frita Batidos, Sahara and Rush Bowls, as well as national groups such as Starbucks. They rounded out the mix with local retailer The M Den, and live music operator Tin Roof.
