Located in Seattle, James Bach has led and co-led capitalization of over $9 billion in commercial mortgages and equity investments through relationships with multiple correspondent life insurance companies, banks, pension funds, CMBS, agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA-HUD), and other institutional investors.
Mr. Bach focuses on institutional multifamily debt & equity placement, but has extensive experience in all asset types including but not limited to retail, office, industrial, hotel, and land acquisition.
Mr. Bach joined CBRE in 2005. Prior to joining CBRE, he acquired & disposed of commercial properties and syndicated loans for MetLife/GE Capital. Mr. Bach was born and raised in the Seattle area, is an Eagle Scout, and served as the City of Bellevue Planning Commissioner from 2003 to 2008.
