Regina Wang, CCIM is a Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets in the Seattle office where she works to place debt and equity for all types of commercial real estate nationwide, with a focus on multifamily assets. Since joining CBRE in 2019, she has underwritten/originated over $2 billion debt, and co-led the efforts with James Bach on raising equity of over $300 million for a few multifamily/mixed-use development projects in Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining CBRE, Regina worked at Fortress Development as development analyst and manager of strategic investments on a $1 billion mixed-use development project in downtown Bellevue, Washington. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She serves on the board of Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda).

Education

Regina holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (with Honors) from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in China, and an MPA from the University of Southern California (USC). She is currently pursuing an MBA for Executives program (Class of 2026) at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.

Our Team provides the benefit of strong debt and equity relationships, with an expertise in the multifamily space across multiple markets.

Since the Team’s formation in 2021, we set out a goal to positively impact our cities by creating debt and equity solutions for our clients. Each financing is an opportunity to serve clients as a trusted capital advisor. We focus on maximizing the value of real estate investments by not only achieving the best financing available in the marketplace, but also by presenting capital solutions customized to meet clients’ short- and long-term strategic goals and objectives.
