Jamie Dunford

Jamie joined CBRE in 2019 and specializes in Investment Sales and Capital Markets throughout Northeast Ohio. He first joined CBRE as a member of the Tenant Representation Group, but quickly pivoted back to his passion in the capital markets during the global pandemic. Through his Investment Sales practice, Jamie specializes in the disposition of multifamily, historic assets, multi-tenant office, corporate dispositions and sale leasebacks. In addition to his extensive capital markets background, Jamie works with national & local developers and owners through a consulting capacity in evaluating & identifying new projects. He is known for his ability to think outside the box and put together creative deal structures through complex capital stacks, asset repositioning, tenant mix, and preservation of historic properties. Before CBRE, Jamie worked in real estate investment banking at a top middle market investment bank, where he raised full capital stacks for ground-up developments, historic building conversions, and acquisitions all over the country spanning several asset classes. In his brief career in real estate, Jamie has been apart of nearly $1 billion in real estate transactions.

Prior to his real estate career, Jamie was an Assistant Vice President, Investment & Portfolio Strategist for PNC Wealth Management where he covered The S&P 500 and was also a member of the investment policy committee.
