Jamie leads CBRE’s Investment Sales and Capital Markets practice throughout Northeast Ohio with a focus on Multifamily and historic office assets earmarked for conversion to multifamily. Additionally, Jamie is a member of the IN+OH+KY Multifamily team which is a three-state team of CBRE professionals with a sole focus on multifamily dispositions. The team throughout their careers has sold over 200,000 units for a total investment amount of over $17 billion. Jamie also represents Progressive Insurance on a national basis for asset dispositions for redevelopment.
In addition to his extensive capital markets background, Jamie works with national & local developers and owners through a consulting capacity in evaluating & identifying new projects. He is known for his ability to think outside the box and put together creative deal structures through complex capital stacks, asset repositioning, tenant mix, and preservation of historic properties.
Before CBRE, Jamie worked in real estate investment banking at a top middle market investment bank, where he raised full capital stacks for ground-up developments, historic building conversions, and acquisitions all over the country spanning several asset classes. Throughout his career, Jamie has transacted on over $1 billion of volume.
