Jamie leads CBRE’s Investment Sales and Capital Markets practice throughout Northeast Ohio. Through his Investment Sales practice, Jamie specializes in the disposition of multifamily, historic assets, corporate dispositions and sale leasebacks. In addition to his extensive capital markets background, Jamie works with national & local developers and owners through a consulting capacity in evaluating & identifying new projects. He is known for his ability to think outside the box and put together creative deal structures through complex capital stacks, asset repositioning, tenant mix, and preservation of historic properties.
Before CBRE, Jamie worked in real estate investment banking at a top middle market investment bank, where he raised full capital stacks for ground-up developments, historic building conversions, and acquisitions all over the country spanning several asset classes. Throughout his career, Jamie has transacted on over $1 billion of volume.
