Keith Keltner

Keith Keltner is the Vice President of Capital Markets and Investment Sales at CBRE Cleveland-Akron. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Keith has been based in Ohio since 2013, residing in Wadsworth with his wife and two children. He earned his B.A. from Lancaster Bible College, where he played NCAA D3 basketball and soccer, and later completed his M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Capital Graduate School.

Keith began his commercial real estate career with Gerspacher Group, where he quickly became their top producer, completing over 177 transactions totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet, 200+ acres, and a value of $61,000,000. In 2023, he achieved the CCIM designation, the pinnacle in commercial real estate, enhancing his ability to guide clients
through complex real estate decisions.

His client roster includes notable companies such as Sgt. Clean Car Wash, Teriyaki Madness, Smith Brothers, and Kamin Realty. Keith is deeply committed to commercial real estate, specializing in both representation and consulting services.
