Jason Zyck is a Vice President with CBRE’s Chicago-based team led by John Jaeger that focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout Chicago, the state of Illinois, & neighboring Midwest markets. Over the course of his career, he has personally been involved in the sale of 12,000 apartment units with a total consideration in excess of $3 Billion.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jason served as an Associate at JLL and was involved in the disposition of over $1.2 billion of multifamily assets across five states. Prior to joining JLL, he worked at Bellwether Enterprise in Chicago where he was primarily responsible for the structuring and advisory of debt capital throughout the country, specializing in senior fixed and floating rate Agency & HUD loans.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate, & International Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and holds several professional affiliations and designations including being a Young Leader & member of the Blue Flight Product Council for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) – Chicago Chapter.
