Jennifer Wilkins

Jennifer Wilkins serves as an AMS Consulting Sector Lead for the Financial & Professional Services sector at CBRE, where she oversees the delivery of comprehensive advisory services in Workplace Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Management, and Change Management. In this role, Jennifer provides operational and financial oversight, in addition to ongoing support of her account teams with best practices and industry resources. It is her goal to align business direction with senior management vision through cultivating relationships with existing and new clients to provide strategy solutions through CBRE’s enhanced Consulting product offerings. A people-focused leader, Jennifer is dedicated to growing talent alongside the business while fostering a collaborative and support environment where teams can growth and thrive. Her leadership style centers around empowering her team, driving operational excellence, and leveraging her extensive experience to support the growth and delivery of CBRE’s advisory services.

Previously Jennifer was an on-account manager within the Occupancy Planning (OP) practice at JLL. In her time there she functioned as an Occupancy Planner, Senior Planner, & Regional Lead. Her most recent responsibilities included: supervising two regional Occupancy Planning teams, overseeing all regional planning efforts to support the client’s Enterprise Portfolio Optimization, and highlighting opportunities to enhance data quality, planning efficiency, and workflows between the planning and implementation teams. Jennifer understood that the future of work, while exciting and engaging, can at times be met with hesitation and her diplomatic problem-solving skills supported the implementation of new space standards and guidelines. In addition to her planning acumen, Jennifer thrived on process improvement and business support projects that aided in further elevating the on-account OP team.

Jennifer started out in OP at NELSON where she supported Bank of America's Corporate Workplace group for 6 years. While there she partnered with various business lines to assess their real estate needs, solve for future growth, and assist with restack initiatives as part of an overall metro strategy.

Jennifer’s willingness to collaborate in an effective and inclusive manner has been integral in the success of her team’s and clients’ projects. Her professional career began at Alfred Williams, a Herman Miller dealership, in 2005 as the lead designer for Atrium Health.
