Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Jeremy spent the previous decade as a partner in Summit / Cushman & Wakefield where he helped build the firm into the largest privately held brokerage firm in Indiana. Jeremy first gained his experience with Prologis over a 10 year career where he served as Market Officer for Indianapolis.

Since 1990, DQE has provided expertise, equipment and supplies to companies and organizations in the emergency preparedness and fast response industry. Rapid demand increases from events such as 9/11, Swine Flu and Ebola create a challenge for establishing the right size of office and warehouse/distribution space. Once DQE established the long-term space requirement projections, the company engaged the team of Andrew Morris & Jeremy Woods at CBRE to assess real estate costs, facility alternatives and relevant strategies to achieve the desired real estate platform and the most cost-effective economics.
DCT Industrial Trust (DCT) needed to locate an occupier for a vacant 161,113 SF space within their Indianapolis, IN portfolio. They engaged the CBRE team of Jeremy Woods, SIOR, CCIM and Andrew Morris, SIOR as their exclusive agents
Since 1951, Ozburn Hessey Logistics (OHL) has provided logistics services to clients through its network of more than 120 distribution centers in North America. OHL is the largest user of real estate in the Plainfield submarket at nearly three million SF. The company’s dynamic campus of properties achieves business objectives for more than two dozen clients with operations constantly shifting and growing. To meet the growing demands of a top client, OHL required a new distribution center for the immediate relocation of several other clients within three months. OHL also required a building, which would provide for future client growth.
For almost 30 years, CRI has been a market leader in medical device manufacturing, design, development and product life cycle management. Restructured as an ESOP in 2008, CRI employs nearly 300 team members. Following a very healthy growth period and the completion of several strategic acquisitions, the company had outgrown their current U.S. location and CRI needed to develop a long-term real estate strategy to align with the business plan.
