Jim Shiebler, CCIM, CEC is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Institutional Properties in Tampa, specializing in the invest sales of multi-tenant shopping centers and the single tenant net-leased restaurants. He partners with James Garner to represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of investment-grade retail properties. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions totaling more than $850 million in sales volume.
Mr. Shiebler transitioned to commercial real estate investment sales after holding various prestigious executive positions operating hotels, resorts, casinos, and restaurants. His clients rely on his comprehensive understanding of retail properties, along with his knowledge of Florida, to maximize return on their investment. These services include, but are not limited to, advisory, underwriting, valuation, sale and acquisition strategies for investors and developers.
Mr. Shiebler transitioned to commercial real estate investment sales to leverage his comprehensive understanding of retail properties. Having previously owned and operated restaurants, he brings a unique perspective to his work on behalf of investors. His food and beverage expertise and Florida market knowledge provide him with a unique skill set to advise clients to maximize their return on investment. These services include but are not limited to advisory, underwriting, valuation, sale, and acquisition strategies for investors and developers.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Shiebler was a Senior Vice President with Marcus & Millichap Investment Services. During his tenure, he received six title promotions within six years and received various recognition.
